GREET

This was a short story on my last day in Yogyakarta. I've finally met with Andu, my blogger friend from Semarang. (check out his blog here)Met up with new people seriously built up my social skill. I learned to make kind of light conversation keep going naturally. Andu is a very nice person just as I predicted. I love his outfit that day. Cute sweater with christmassy prints on it.

After a while, Exa came with his cousin, Ocha and join with us. Exa used to be my neighbor and my Sunday school friend when we were kids. Exa visited Yogyarta with his family for Christmas, just like me.

So yes, they made my last day in Yogyakarta full of fun. Andu and I promised to meet up again at Indonesia Fashion Week this year. I hope we will have that opportunity, Ndu!

HELLO GOOD FRIENDS !!!

This is a story behind the title of this blog. THE DREAM REDEMPTION.

I would like to ask you dear friend, do you have a dream ? Everyone should have a dream to guide their life, isn't it ?

I used to have a dream. My own dream. Until someone told me his dream is my future. He wants me to redeem his dream. Sounds selfish. But for me, If I can make him happy then why not ?

He spends his life time loving me. Working a bit harder to redeem his dream is not a big deal, even if I know will lost my own dream.

In the other case, someone else said that someone just killed her dream. Because to reach this dream, one of them should sacrifice his or her dream. Complicated. To make it more simple, I'm the key. Yes I'm the key. I'm the one who will sacrifice my own dream to make their dreams come true.

So, now its your time to ask me what is my dream. And I will proudly say, my dream is to be a dream redeemer.

Subside...

HELLO GOOD FRIENDS !!!

 

Maybe some of you have heard about the flood disaster in Jakarta. Almost or it has been a week, citizens of Jakarta prayed for sunshine and begged the sky to stop the rain. And today I heard the good news. The flood started to subside, yayness!! Sun shining brightly, even though little rain comes sometimes. I hope Jakarta will be back to normal as soon as possible.

Well, I did this photo shoot to celebrate my recovery LOL I got a bad fever and terrible flue two days ago. I couldn’t go anywhere because papa didn’t let me. But now, I feel marvelous great! A Special thanks goes to mama and papa for being my nurse and doctor.

 And also I'm kind of curious with your thought about this outfit idea. I styled galaxy peplum top with striped pants and black oversized blazer. And added some gold stuff like sunnies, necklace and ring. This is not too dramatic for me, isn't it?

Last Saturday Night

HELLO GOOD FRIENDS !!!

2012 gave us bittersweet memories to be thankful. Now we are counting days until 2013 open its door for us. How time flies seriously got me goosebumps. But someone said that when we feel the time flies so damn fast, thats mean we actually enjoy every single time we had. Great things, right? So, welcoming 2013 with a lot of prayers and resolutions are such a mainstream thingy or can be said its a must to do thing? What so ever.

 Whats your resolution on 2013? Mine are: get my bachelor’s degree from STIKOM London School of Public Relations, get a job before graduation, run a clothing line with my best friend and create my own happiness to make people around me happy too.

This is my last post in 2012, I wish we can reach our resolutions in 2013 and have fabulous days ahead everyone!!!

Papa took all these pictures in front of grandma’s house. I wore my new floral leggings, bought at a store in Malang Town Square. Floral leggings and mountain lion print shirt were a fun combination for me. I added papa’s Rayban aviator as the final touch. What do you think? Yay or nay? :D

Maria's Cave

HELLO GOOD FRIENDS !!

Me and my family went to Maria's cave today. Located at Desa Ngadireso, Tumpang, Malang, East Java Indonesia. We met the Catholic nuns there and asked them to pray for me. Not to mention, last 17th December was my birthday and I spontaneously want to celebrate my belated birthday with nun at this monastery named Pertapaan Carmel. There are chapel, monestry, Maria's cave and crosswalk devotional. I love this place! I just hate the rain. A little bit of rain almost ruined my day :(

and oh! Papa didn't take any photo when we were praying but these pictures below will tell you a bit of my Thursday.
